Join a growing fintech firm as a CloudOps Engineer, helping build and scale a modern cloud-native platform. You'll work closely with engineering teams to improve infrastructure, automation, reliability, and developer experience while contributing to high-impact initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building scalable systems.
• 3-7 years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience managing and supporting Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience building, maintaining, and scaling cloud infrastructure within AWS.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.
• Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience working with distributed systems and modern infrastructure practices.
• Exposure to monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting production environments.
• Ability to partner closely with software engineering teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience within fintech or financial services environments is a plus.
